I'm Darryl Jansen. I live in Antwerp, Belgium.

My professional journey began as an engineer at Lotec in Eindhoven. Those days were filled with fascinating challenges. From puzzling the intricate designs of water purification systems to calculating all the pumps, filters, and pipes.

But after a few years I discovered a spark within me for something entirely different – Web Development. Hungry to learn more, I dove into a full-stack development course at CodeCademy. This new passion took me to Hands in Hasselt, where I delved into the magic of web development. Here, my days were a blend of code and creativity, crafting everything from the simplest landing pages to the most complex web applications. HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and jQuery became my new tools, and I loved every moment of bringing ideas to life with them.

My journey has been fast-paced, fueled by my eagerness to learn and grow. Recently, I completed a year-long course in React, adding another feather to my cap. But it's not all about work. Outside the digital world, I find joy in listening and playing music, playing board games, having a good time with my friends and cherishing my scouting adventures. These experiences have given me so much more than just fun – they've taught me the value of responsibility, teamwork, and the joy of simple pleasures.

With an eye always on the future, I've explored the realms of Three.js, Next.js, Svelte, and GSAP, constantly pushing the boundaries of what's possible in web development and AI. My path isn't just about acquiring knowledge; it's about a relentless pursuit of excellence and making a mark in the ever-evolving world of technology.
